The Fruit and Vegetable Carving Class was held successfully on 10 December 2024, located at Kitchen Borneo TVET College (BTEC). A total of 25 participants, consisting of NBUC citizens and the general public, participated in this class. This class is organized by Borneo TVET College (BTEC) and the class has been guided by Chef Saidin Rungoi, Gold Medalist Sabah Hospitality Fiesta in the Fruit & Vegetable Carving category. The ceremony was also enlivened by the presence of Prof. Madya Doretty R. Jiroh, CEO of NBUC, who gave support to this program. Congratulations to all the participants who successfully produced their creative carvings!
