This program focuses not only on cabin crew overall but also on the management of the airlines itself. This program mirrors the jobs of people who organize and keep up the client care fulfillment in the air terminal. Students will get the abilities and information on examination techniques from different sources, dangers appraisal and avoidance in movement, and the travel industry. People would have a sound hypothetical information base and utilize a scope of specific, specialized, or administrative abilities to design, complete, and assess their own work and crafted by others. Understudies will be presented to data about functional motions including relational abilities, behavior, and responses that could happen to travelers because of their working exercises in any aircraft and air terminal.

  1. Possesses Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or its equivalent with a minimum of credit in three subjects; or
  2. Pass Sijil Tinggi Pelajaran Malaysia (STPM) or its equivalent with a minimum of Grade C (GP 2.00) in any subject; or
  3. Pass in Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM) with a minimum grade of Maqbul;
  4. Pass UEC (Unified Examination Certificate) with a minimum of Grade B in any subject; or
  5. Pass Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) Level 3 in any field for Tourism and Airlines/ Preschool and possesses SPM or its equivalent with a minimum of credit in one subject; or
  6. A certificate any field in Tourism and Airlines (Level 3, MQF) or its equivalent in related field; or
  7. A pass in O-level with a minimum of grade C in 3 subjects; or
  8. Any other equivalent qualifications recognized by the Malaysian Government.
