Program Overview
Diploma in Crime Investigation the student will learn how to understand and record crime scene evidence that will assist in uncovering criminal activity. You will see case studies that demonstrate the importance of crime scene measurements, scaled drawings, photographing crime scenes, and preserving evidence. Students will grasp that with correct foundational theory and through a proper collection of evidence, a crime scene can be reconstructed – and as a result – a theory can be formed about the crime.
Entry Requirement
NORMAL ENTRY
- Pass in Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) with a minimum of 3 credits OR
- Pass Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) with at least got grade B in any three subjects including mathematics OR
- Pass O-level or equivalent
- Pass Certificate (Level 3-SKM) in any related field of study OR
- Other equivalent qualifications recognized by the Malaysian government
APEL.A ENTRY
- Possess an APEL A certification from MQA for admission into Diploma programs; OR
- Malaysian; AND
- 20 years old and above in the year of application; AND
- Possess relevant previous working experience/ learning
