17 September - North Borneo University College (NBUC) together with the Community Development Leaders Unit (UPPM) N.38 Paginatan, the Department of Information Malaysia and the Sabah Indigenous Affairs Council jointly organized the Malaysia Day Celebration Program held at the Kg. Paus, Ranau, Sabah.

The program was officiated by YB Datuk Abidin Madingkir, Assistant Minister to the Chief Minister of Sabah, Assemblyman N.38 Paginatan. Also present Prof. Dato' Sr. Dr. Azimuddin Bin Bahari, Vice Chancellor of North Borneo University College (NBUC).
