Program Overview
Diploma in Security Management based on developed to equip officers with managerial skills and competencies to perform the job at the managerial level and manage the security and enforcement operation, agencies and departments. In this course, you'll learn about the key themes in the field of security management, including how changes to policy and legislation inform practice. When you graduate, you'll be qualified to work as a security professional in the public or private sectors, and if you're already working in the field, then you'll have the skills to advance your career.
Entry Requirement
NORMAL ENTRY
- Pass in Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or it is equivalent to a minimum of 3 credits; OR
- Other equivalent qualifications recognized by the Malaysian government
APEL.A ENTRY
- Possess an APEL A certification from MQA for admission into Diploma programs OR
- Malaysian; AND
- 20 years old and above in the year of application; AND
- Possess relevant previous working experience/ learning
